While we are super confident in our products and are sure you will dig em we understand that from time to time someone might order the wrong size or not get what they expected so here is what we can do for ya!
T-SHIRTS - For logo and photo tees we cannot offer a refund or exchange since they are produced overseas. For artist poster tees and artist merch tees we can offer an exchange of size size only (not change of design) if it doesnt fit you but you need to contact us via email within 2 days of receiving the tee and we will send you the address to send back the tee and we will post you out your requested size. The return postage to us will be at your expense. We don't offer refunds on this product.
**Please note that any exchange as referred to above is subject to us receiving the tee in new condition. If we determine that the tee has been worn or washed we reserve the right to cancel any exchange and will respectfully send you back the original tee to use as pijamas or swing over to a friend!
FRAMED PHOTO PRINTS - Sorry we cannot offer any refund or exchange on these since they are produced overseas and are too fragile to send back to us.
JEWELLERY - All of our jewellery is hand crafted and custom designed so it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
**Please note some Jewellery pieces may have light scratches due to the polish and finish of the metal or slight imperfections due to oxidisation of the metal. We recommend cleaning with an appropriate cleaner and embracing that you have a custom hand made work of art on your finger or hanging around your neck.
POSTERS - Sorry we cannot offer any exchange or refund on posters.
SKATE DECKS - If you're not happy with your skate deck you have 5 days in which to return it to us (you will need to pay for the postage) for a refund.
**Please note that if we determine that the deck has been damaged in anyway we reserve the right to not issue a refund and we will respectfully return the deck back to you to so you can makes someones day with a super limited edition hand painted custom designed gift that no one else will have!
TOYS - We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any toys sold by us since they are sourced from overseas and are very limited in quantity,
** Please note that packaging on some of the older more collectable toys may have slight damage or fading on them due to the time they have aged.
HOME DECOR - We do not offer refunds or exchanges on our home decor products due to the fragile shipping process and most of these products are hand crafted and custom made for you once you order it so we suggest you enjoy it for what it is or give it away as your next birthday gift to someone who will enjoy it.
